Heaven’s Order”

“I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”

No one comes to the Father except through Me

I wonder how we sometimes think that we can sneak into heaven’s territory and benefit from God’s “rich blessings” without Christ’s approval. Jesus speaks it out clearly, “No one comes the Father except through Me.” It can’t be more clear than that. Jesus’ “no” is “an infinite” no, and likewise His “yes”. Everything we need from the Father, is after the Son’s signature, the name Jesus.

In Matthew 18:20 He says, “Where two or three gather in My name, there am I with them.”
In Mark 16:17,18 He says, “These signs will accompany those who believe: In My name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.”
In John 14:13,14 He says, “I will do whatever you ask in My name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. You may ask Me for anything in My name, and I will do it.”
In John 16:24 He says, “Until now you have not asked for anything in My name. Ask and you will receive, and your joy will be complete.”

Jesus, in His own words repeatedly made this phrase (In My Name) to help us understand that without Him we are nothing, we have nothing, and we can do nothing. He is the way to everything that yields glory to the Father.

Jesus is our only mediator, as the Scripture says, “For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus.”
Jesus is our only advocate, as the Scripture says, “My little children, these things I write to you, so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous.”

Jesus came so that we may have a free and an open access to the Father through His name.

Jesus Is Lord!
