For we are taking pains to do what is right, not only in the eyes of the Lord but also in the eyes of man.
Doing right may seem too painful or even foolish, but it’s the right thing to do anyway. Apostle Peter asked, “Who is going to harm you if you are eager to do good?” [1 Peter 3:13] He continues to say that, “It is better, if it is God’s will, to suffer for doing good than for doing evil.” [1 Peter 3:17]
We’ve always got to remember that God has given us a helper who is always there for our aid in times of trails. Romans 8:26 says, “In the same way the Spirit also comes to help us, weak as we are. For we do not know how we ought to pray; the Spirit himself pleads with God for us in groans that words cannot express.”
God has paid the ultimate, irreplaceable sacrifice to redeem all of us from all evil – we have to respect this and do good to all mankind regardless of the conditions – favorable or unfavorable.
God loves and cares for all of us equally. “For there is no partiality with Him.”
“Do what is right, not only in the eyes of the Lord but also in the eyes of man.”
God Loves You!
